In February an online survey was sent out to youth workers asking them two simple things: on a scale of one to ten how well they feel supported by their ministers, and what suggestions they would make to help their churches support them more effectively.
Going Further took place at Great Barrier Island from the 8th – 13th of February. This was an amazing week of fellowship, learning, sharing, and exploring the beautiful scenery around us!

For many young people leaving home to attend a university in another part of the country can be daunting. It’s a time of great change, excitement and many new challenges. Home, and your home church, can feel very far away when in an unfamiliar place surrounded by lots of new people.
