A youth worker in NZ for the last 30 years, Neville has now shifted from being a youth pastor to supporting youth pastors throughout NZ. He has a passion to see youth workers well supported and resourced and to see youth effectively equipped to become world changing disciples for Christ. He has worked in many different areas of NZ with different ethnic and socio-economic groups and brings all these years of youth work and church work with him in the training and teaching he provides. He is married to Kerran and they have 3 grown children Hope, Zach and Sam and a recent addition is their son-in-law Eugene. Neville currently lives and works in Wellington.
