Wayne is married to Adrienne and they have two adult children.
He has been a Nationally Ordained Minister since 1991 -serving in Balclutha, Whangarei and Lower Hutt. He was appointed as Assembly Executive Secretary in October 2014.
In his spare time Wayne enjoys gardening; reading; following the ELP and his team Liverpool and listening to U2.
