Everyone is aware of the huge dropout rate of young adults from churches across all denominations. In this seminar we will look at some reasons why, along with strategies and pathways, that make churches places that young adults (and all ages) want to engage with.

Nigel was a youth pastor for 10 years overseeing intermediates, teenagers and young adults. He has worked in a regional capacity for the past 10 years with a primary focus in the young adult area. He is passionate about seeing our young adults stay connected to Jesus and the church.
