I have been working in youth ministry for 15 years and have always had a passion to see young women being supported and mentored through the curve balls that life throws at them. I have been running a programe called ‘GIRL’ since 2012. The ‘Girl’ Programe is primarily designed to support meaningful relationships. It has been developed to simply create an opportunity for Youth Workers to engage and meaningfully connect with girls. The programe creates an opportunity to intentionally explore how life is going and is a great way to encourage openness and set a tone of being able to talk about the bigger stuff within your relationship.
